Hi Evelina,

I hope this email finds you well. I received today the 2 copies of Laterite and it is a wonderful work that you have made. Dachser has even come this morning to deliver the rest of the shipment but I was not there to receive it as I expected it on Monday. It will be delivered on Monday and it is absolutely perfect.   Feel free to ask me testimonials, I will be glad to recommend my experience with KOPA and most of all with you as project manager.

<...> He was absolutely delighted with the quality of them. Both the binding and the printing are perfect, and there is no comparison with the previous printer. Many thanks to you and the whole team (again!)!
