Hi Edita,

I hope you’re doing well.

I just wanted to say a big thank you, the stationery looks great. We really appreciate the care and detail you put into everything.

Thanks again for your help!

Hi Sandra,

I received the dust jackets today, everything arrived safely and they look really good! I hope they are all the same, did not check every single one because I’m afraid to damage them:) Bit it fits the book perfectly.

Thank you for your cooperation and willingness to resolve the issue.

I’ve got very nice feedback on the print quality, so thank you for that! I love the print quality inside the book; it is really beautiful. It’s a pity this unfortunate thing happened to the cover.

Have a great day

Dear Edita,

I've received the books and they're sublime. So so beautiful! You and your company were an absolute pleasure to work with. You are a consummate professional and yet admirably understanding and flexible. I hope this message and my appreciation find you well. Have a lovely fall, and I hope we get to work together again one day.

All my best, and thank you!

Hi Sandra,

Dear Sandra,

I have just received copies of Mark Neville’s book

and I would like to thank you and all Team KOPA for amazing work.

Looking forward to further collaborations and books made together.

Thank you so much again!

Hi again Eva,

I just wanted to say a massive “Thank you!” to both you, and KOPA for the excellent job you have done producing my book ‘A Life In Lambretta’.

The professional way you have handled all my enquiries and questions was superb, and I cannot thank you enough. As for the book, I expected it to be good, but it has surpassed my expectations. All feedback received by customers has been excellent, and there have been lots of very positive comments about the quality of KOPA’s workmanship.

I’m busy concluding three other books, and I will definitely be using KOPA again to have them all printed. If someone asks me for a good printer, I will definitely recommend KOPA.

Once again, brilliant work!

Sandra,

Yesterday was the launch of the books that were printed by you, and I am so happy with them. We are receiving positive reviews from everyone regarding how beautiful they are, and I was letting them all know about KOPA and the amazing work you do.

Thank you so much Sandra, I plan to work with you for as long as I am able to. BRAVO!

Sandra! I’ve received the books, they look SO BEAUTIFUL, I can’t wait to show them to Suzy (author)!!! You guys really did an amazing job, I’m so happy, thank you so so much

Looking forward to the next project together!

Hi Sandra,
I received my advance copy today—and it looks absolutely stunning! I got the UFO front cover, and the binding feels really solid. The interior Hatha Yoga cover panels printed beautifully, and the books overall look fantastic. I love seeing the IBO Reflex and Munken papers together, and the mix of fluorescent and CMYK signatures—everything feels so purposeful and well-finished. Such a wonderful result. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Dear Sandra,

Many thanks to everyone involved and I second everything that Jeanette expressed in her earlier email.

Hi Eva

I received the books, they all look so great!

Luka Perkins-Petit has seen his book, he's very happy, the Luxembourg hasn't see it yet, only in pictures but I'm sure they will love it.

And the foil on UAP is perfect

Thank you very much !!!
